It is our mission  to discover, list, and appraise all property within the boundaries of the District as accurately as possible in order to estimate a fair and equitable market value.  The District will provide a well-managed office that will serve the public giving the same consideration, information, and assistance to each customer, as well as, provide up-to-date and accurate records to the taxing authorities.

The District will administer the laws under the Texas Property Tax Code and operate under the standards of:

• The Property Tax Assistance Division of the Texas State Comptroller’s Office
• The International Association of Assessing Officers
• The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices
