All rooms will be assessed a $5.00 per night mandatory service fee. Please note: resort fee has been waived.
A charge of 1 night plus tax will be charged for no shows, cancellations within 3 days of arrival and check out prior to confirmed date.
Rates are available prior and after conference dates, subject to availability.
The hotel charges an additional $25 each for 3rdand 4th guests sharing a room (excluding children under the age of 18).
A major credit card is required to hold reservations, however payment by check is acceptable and the card will NOT be charged.
Provide all tax-exempt documentation for reservation, if applicable.
Registration, Business Partner Set-up and Welcome Reception is Monday, July 29th.
Registration 3pm or later and reception at approximately 6:30pm.
Class and breakfast will start first thing Tuesday morning.
Registration, Membership and Business Partner dues can be paid by invoice attached or online.
